The Daisy Award, established by the Daisy Foundation, is a renowned international recognition program that celebrates the extraordinary work of nurses. Named after Patrick Barnes, whose family was inspired by the compassionate care he received during his illness, the award honors nurses who demonstrate exceptional clinical skill, empathy, and unwavering dedication to their patients’ well-being.
